Instructions for use and precautions for gloves: The lengthened
disposable nitrile glove are elastic, and the cuffs can be enlarged to match the opening of the box. The cuff of the glove has a tear-proof rolled edge to prevent the glove mouth from being torn due to stretching, and can ensure that it is fastened to the installation ring or flange of the hole. Check the air tightness of the new extended butyl gloves before use: blow air into the glove, pinch the cuff part of the glove, and see if the glove will leak on its own. If the gloves leak, they should be discarded.
1. Extend the sealing ring of butyl rubber gloves (Φ196-197MM):
The sealing and fixing ring of the extended butyl rubber glove is made of co-polymer, which is a tough and rigid thermoplastic engineering plastic. It has good impact strength and surface hardness, good dimensional stability and certain chemical resistance. And good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -40~104℃.
A pair of plastic sealing and fixing rings is composed of an inner ring and an outer ring. The diameter of the circular hole on the glove box panel is required to be & Phi; 196-197MM. During installation, the inner and outer rings of the sealing and fixing plastic ring are removed from the box and The outside of the box is closely attached to the surface of the transparent panel to form a gap to clamp the glass panel, and then the inner and outer rings are tightened with screws inside the box.
Because the glass side of the inner ring and the outer ring are equipped with rubber O-rings, which can play a good sealing role. Self-tapping screws do not penetrate glass when tightening the inner and outer rings. The gloves are fastened on the cylindrical surface of the fixed ring of the gloves, and rubber tensioning rings or metal clamps can be put on the gloves to ensure that the gloves are firmly fastened on the outer ring without shifting.
2. Matching rubber O-rings, rubber tensioning rings, metal hose clamps:
The rubber O-ring ensures the sealing function between the panel and the inner ring, the panel and the outer ring. Rubber tensioning rings and metal hose clamps ensure that the gloves are tightened and prevent the gloves from slipping and falling off.
